I understand the importance of this journey, and not just because I'm a devoted health coach, but because I've walked this path myself. For more than half of my life I grappled with excess weight, injuries, bouts of sickness, and faced the fitness levels of an overweight 80-year-old! 

 

My transformation didn't happen overnight though; it was a journey marked by trials and numerous errors. Through my experiences, I've not only conquered my unhealthy habits (well the odd cake and pizza sneaks in from time to time!) but I have also guided hundreds of clients over the past 23 years to do the same.
